Scope and sequence of service

PROVENANCE VERIFIED™ evaluates the submitted gemstone, claims, and evidence under PV policy and records the highest supported trust tier. The customer does not select or purchase that tier. After determination, the server may derive a paid review or processing service associated with the determined state. External costs — including third-party laboratory analysis, shipping, insurance, customs duties, and separately contracted services — are excluded unless expressly included in a separate written agreement.

Payment and trust are independent

Payment does not change, upgrade, or otherwise affect the trust tier determined by PV's evidence evaluation. Payment does not guarantee a favorable certification outcome. Payment purchases only the server-derived service associated with the already-recorded determination. Payment amount, payment success, cancellation, failure, or refund cannot select, increase, preserve, or otherwise change the PV trust tier. A T4 determination also does not itself grant a Gold Seal, signed credential, registry publication, or mark right; those require separate authority and lifecycle gates.

Agreement version binding

The exact version of this agreement accepted before checkout is recorded with the order and is binding for that transaction. The server validates the current agreement version before creating a payment session. If this agreement materially changes before checkout, the customer must accept the new version. Agreement acceptance does not alter the underlying PV determination.
